At GEARS Stem Academy, we believe in the power of STEM education for young minds. Our program is designed to inspire and challenge 1st-6th graders in St Augustine, FL to explore the limitless possibilities of science, technology, engineering, and math. Our camps during summer and winter breaks provide a fun and engaging environment for kids to learn and grow. Join us as we journey into the exciting world of robotics and STEM!

GEARS Branded Merchandise

The program aims to create a vibrant STEM culture within the GEARS community, raising awareness and support while strengthening connections and engagement among students and their families.

Online Pre-Recorded Classes

To provide accessible, self-paced STEM education, empowering learners to independently explore and master diverse STEM disciplines while fostering a deep understanding of key concepts and encouraging a lifelong love for science and technology.

Family Fun@Home

The primary learning objective for the Family Fun @Home program is to foster a collaborative and engaging learning environment where families come together to explore and apply STEM concepts through hands-on projects. By offering STEM kits or "instruction only" DIY projects, the program aims to promote curiosity, togetherness, and a shared passion for science and technology, creating lasting, educational experiences for families.

Build a Bot

The "Build a Bot" program's primary objectives are to immerse children in STEM concepts and robotics, fostering hands-on engineering and coding skills. It also emphasizes creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability, enabling children to build confidence and develop the multidisciplinary skills needed for success in a technology-driven world.

Instructor Led - Do It Yourself (DIY) STEM Camps

To inspire hands-on exploration, critical thinking, and practical application of STEM concepts, fostering creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of these disciplines while igniting a lifelong passion for science and technology.

FIRST Competitive Team Robotics

The primary learning objectives of GEARS' participation in FIRST(For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) robotics tournaments include developing hands-on engineering and problem-solving skills, promoting STEM education, nurturing teamwork and leadership abilities, and instilling a lifelong passion for innovation and technology among students.
